The company maintains a roster of up to 20 crew members who serve as chase pilots and observers. A chase flight is crewed by a chase pilot and chase observer, each with defined duties and responsibilities, who work together to provide the requested support.
Managerial staff is comprised of a General Manager and Flight Operations Manager who provide oversight of crew selection, training, and assignments. Daily operations are managed by Supervisors of Flying.
Customer support is provided daily with flight operations usually scheduled from 0700 to 2100.
Geographical area of operations is nominally Southern California but we can support UAS operations in Arizona, Utah, and Northern California.
